1. Subscription Cancellation

  • Premium subscriptions can be canceled anytime via your account dashboard.
  • No prorated refunds for partial billing periods after cancellation.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Full refunds are available within 3 days of initial purchase if auto-renewal hasn't occurred.
  • Refunds for accidental renewals must be requested within 24 hours of charge date.

3. How to Request

  1. Email [email protected] with:
    • Transaction ID
    • Reason for request
    • Account email
  2. We respond within 24 business hours

4. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds appear in 5-10 business days (depending on PayPal/bank processing)
  • Contact PayPal Support for transaction-specific inquiries

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
  • Special promotional/discounted subscriptions
  • After 3-day cooling-off period
