Next Wave Radar – Copyright & DMCA Policy

1. Protection of Original Content

All content on Next Wave Radar (NWR) including:

  • Articles and blog posts
  • Graphics/logo ("NWR" trademark)
  • Layout designs

are protected under applicable copyright laws and international treaties.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

To file a DMCA notice, send written communication to our agent containing:

  • Physical/electronic signature of rights holder
  • Identification of infringed work
  • Infringing material's URL
  • Your contact information (email, phone, address)
  • Statement: "I believe use is unauthorized..."

3. Removal Process

  • We respond within 7 business days of valid notices
  • Removed content will show "Temporarily Removed Pending Investigation"
  • Counter-notifications may be submitted by affected users (see Section 4)

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed mistakenly:

  • Provide your contact information
  • Identify removed content with original URL
  • Statement under penalty of perjury: "I believe removal was a mistake..."
  • Consent to jurisdiction in your location

5. Repeat Infringers

We terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.

6. Trademarks

The NWR name/logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.
