Next Wave Radar – Copyright & DMCA Policy
1. Protection of Original Content
All content on Next Wave Radar (NWR) including:
- Articles and blog posts
- Graphics/logo ("NWR" trademark)
- Layout designs
are protected under applicable copyright laws and international treaties.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
To file a DMCA notice, send written communication to our agent containing:
- Physical/electronic signature of rights holder
- Identification of infringed work
- Infringing material's URL
- Your contact information (email, phone, address)
- Statement: "I believe use is unauthorized..."
3. Removal Process
- We respond within 7 business days of valid notices
- Removed content will show "Temporarily Removed Pending Investigation"
- Counter-notifications may be submitted by affected users (see Section 4)
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed mistakenly:
- Provide your contact information
- Identify removed content with original URL
- Statement under penalty of perjury: "I believe removal was a mistake..."
- Consent to jurisdiction in your location
5. Repeat Infringers
We terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
6. Trademarks
The NWR name/logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.
